Conditions for group tariffs :
• Applicable as from 20 persons travelling together.
• Accorded to schools, associations and clubs.
• Travelagents, tourist offices and touringcar operators enjoy net tariff (10% commission)
• Free boat- ticket accorded for every 25 paying passengers.
• The exact number of participants to be made known at the latest 8 days before the event.
• 30% deposit to be paid when booking, the balance before departure.
Non compliance will lead to cancellation of the contract.
Annullation conditions :
• 31 days or more before departure : no penalty.
• Between 30 and 21 days : 10% per person annulled.
• Between 20 and 8 days : 40% per person annulled.
• Between 7 days and 48 hours before departure : 80% p.p. annulled.
• Less than 48 hours before departure : 100% p.p. annulled.
The surveillance of participating children is the sole responsability of accompanying adults and/or parents. |
